February 3, 2012 Dear Friends,

This week Republicans continue their relentless effort to cut, cut, cut. Whether it is Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, or their latest assault on Mass Transit, no program is spared in their crusade against benefits for middle class families. That is why I encourage everyone to take advantage of opportunities like the Earned Income Tax Credit as families continue to work hard for financial stability. This Saturday, don't forgot to come to the Rangel Social Security Fair where representatives from the Social Security Administration will provide info on a wide range of topics, talk about their new online services and answer individual questions.
