I would like to personally invite you to two great events I'm hosting in our district:
One is for small business owners and entrepreneurs on Tuesday, April 10th, from 9am-1pm at the Harlem State Office Building. I have invited Administrator Karen Mills from the Small Business Administration and Director David Hinson from the Department of Commerce's Minority Business Development Agency to discuss various federal initiatives to help you grow your businesses. Second is an information session about finding and applying to government job opportunities, the Peace Corps and the AmeriCorps. This event will take place on Thursday, April 12th, from 10am-12noon at Aaron Davis Hall inside CCNY. (Please register here)
