Discuss the issues or start the casework process with my staff
In an effort to reach out to as many constituents as possible my office has started a program where members of my Constituent Services Team go out in the community and hold office hours. I know it is sometimes difficult for people to drive out to my District Office in Lakewood so my staff regularly set up office hours throughout the district. This is a great opportunity to discuss important issues with my staff and start the casework process. My office can help with Social Security benefits, VA benefits, foreclosure, passport issues and cutting through some of the red tape when dealing with a federal agency.
