Dear Friends,

As your United States Representative, my primary responsibility is to advocate for you in Washington. I pride myself on being as open and accessible as possible. So, I want to hear from you.

Over the next several months, my staff will be holding office hours in your town and each of the 87 cities and towns in the First Congressional District. My office can assist you with a variety of issues, including help with federal agencies, grant resources, service academy nominations, flag requests, and visits to our nation's capital.

We will provide you with ample notice so you make necessary arrangements to come see us. In the meantime, you can contact me directly on Facebook, Twitter or at one of my offices.

Coming directly to you is the best way for me to gauge your opinions and concerns so I can bring forth issues in Washington.

Additionally, I know many of you are keeping an eye on pending legislation.

What would you like Congress and
President Obama to tackle first?
